Its heavy construction will allow for panel sizes up to 48" x 96". The construction consists of 4" thick post and panel extruded aluminum components with all mitered corners reinforced with 1/8" concealed aluminum angles. Posts are 2"x 4" x 1/8" thick aluminum and are available in three different shapes: square, beveled and radius. All posts have an extruded channel which connects and holds the sign frame securely in position and also allows for the combination of multiple post shapes to be connected together to form a variety of twin post shapes.
   
Sign faces are .090" aluminum and are removable from the top of the sign frame if copy changes are required. Sign panels can be mounted to the sign frame with either a flush face or with a visible frame around the sign face. This construction is available only for non-illuminated sign systems. Graphics may be applied to one or both faces with pressure sensitive letters or surface silk-screened.
