Sign Professionals - General

Responsibilities
Sign professionals needed for assembly, painting, application of 3D letters, graphic layouts, welding, metal fabrications, finishing, packaging, shipping, and installation.

Qualifications
• Ideal candidate must have previous sign manufacturing experience in a creative atmosphere producing signs for architectural or corporate end-users
• Attention to detail and ability to read and understand construction drawings, message schedules and location plans is preferred
• Experience with any of the following equipment in relation to sign building: floor and hand power tools (saws, drills, routers, sanders, graphic layouts, vinyl cutters, MIG/TIG welding, CNC routers, etc)

Sign Installer

Responsibilities
Installation of all types of interior & exterior signs including: ADA, directional, wayfinding, channel letters, electrical, post & panel signs, super graphics and more. We will provide the work vehicles and tools required to successfully complete each job. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity while representing the company in a very professional and customer-focused manner. Knowledge of installation techniques, construction, and codes is preferred. Candidate must have a Class B CDL license and a current DOT medical card (or credentials to obtain immediately). Some out of state travel will be required.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of interior and exterior sign installation experience required
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with light construction and computer experience
• Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company as well as to improve in all key performance areas
• Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Senior Sales Executive

We are in search of experienced sales professionals to help continue our growth in the Midwest and National Branding arena. We offer a complete menu of interior and exterior signage including digital media and extensive sign programs for corporate and retail multi-location clients. Serigraphics is the leader in turnkey signage projects. We do it all - consult, design, engineer, fabricate, and install. Our product lines include ADA, interior & exterior wayfinding, electrical channel letters, monuments, pylons, super graphics, DOT signs and much more!

We require mature, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who have the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

Responsibilities
• Work comfortably in a business to business sales environment
• Connect with clients in the corporate and retail markets (healthcare, financial, hospitality, food services, transportation, and institutional organizations)
• Work with architects, designers and branding firms to develop their concepts into real life signage and brand-marks for end-user clients
• Provide design/build sign services to the real estate development industry and small businesses throughout the region

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of professional sales experience in a B to B environment
• A positive attitude and strong business acumen
• Superior listening, written and spoken communication skills
• A sense of urgency when completing tasks
• A creative approach to development of solutions for our clients
• Proven success in obtaining new clients and accounts

Sign Estimating & Sales

Serigraphics is seeking a motivated and experienced business professional for an estimating/sales position.

Responsibilities
• Plan take offs
• Organizing information
• Estimating
• RFI's
• Bidding
• Contract negotiation
• Contract management

Qualifications
• Must have a two or four year college degree related to estimating and/or construction sales
• Must be able to read and navigate blue prints, CSI specifications and plan take offs
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable with all PC navigation and MS Office programs
• Additional computer skills and contact management software experience
• Detail orientation, multi-tasking, memory retention, and organization skills
• Industry experience with signage construction and fabrication desired

CAD / CNC / CAM Machinist

We are seeking an experienced machinist to setup and run our MuliCam router (Enroute Software) table to cutout plastic and aluminum lettering and graphics.

Qualifications
• Must be able to read prints
• Degree from trade school and/or 2 years prior on the job experience

Responsibilities
• Familiar with PC computers and general software programs
• Must be able to read prints
• Computerized routing equipment
• Nesting and laying out cut files
• Saving and storing files
• General cleanup and maintenance of the equipment.

Full time second shift position 3:00pm -11:30pm.
