A new-construction, multi-unit housing development in downtown Minneapolis sought signage to embody the richness and elegance of their brand. Client desired signage that was consistent, true, unique and memorable, marketed towards the downtown business class. Serigraphics took this project from concept to completion. We collaborated with the development’s interior designer to get a feel for the stylistic sense; we recommended a cohesive design that added to both the experience of the brand details and to the building’s architecture; and we fabricated and installed the final signage. Our solution carried through to exterior, interior, parking and code signage. Services provided:
The overall feel was on brand: sophisticated and professional, yet subtle and refined, with rich materials and innovative elements. Our experiential design intent culminated in seamless incorporation of the signage into the surrounding architecture. “Serigraphics has made signage easy. They bring a total package solution to each project for us.
