A new-construction, multi-unit housing development sought a way to incorporate two separate residential areas into one building. The client wanted to differentiate the branding between the high-rise and the low-rise units, while maintaining a unified look and feel.
Serigraphics offered a full-service solution, ranging from conceptualizing through final fabrication and installation. In order to fit with the client’s “upscale lodge” vibe, we recommended materials and design elements to coordinate with the site’s unique architectural and material influences.
Over 9 months, we delivered distinctive interior, exterior and parking signage for a 280-unit low-rise/high-rise building. With a stylized yet simplistic design, our signage solutions lent a subtle yet suitably strong aesthetic; one the client expressed was an excellent fit.
